Chrome - Electric Chair
Hard to believe, but this song appeared on the same mix as Harry Belafonte from Aquarium Drunkard. I’m excited to find it since I had no idea who Chrome was before this - as I hadn’t known about another obscure 80s group in a similar genre, Pylon, till recently. It’s like I’m lecturing myself to get beyond Human League and the Smiths. Will anyone ever remember a band like Metronomy a decade from now? Probably not, sadly.
